The services of female guests to male guests are not provided by Sakura GmbH as a club.
We would like to point out that the female guests present on our premises offer their services as independent entrepreneurs and are not employed by Sakura GmbH.
Any agreements between the female and male guests about services and their remuneration are only concluded between the male and female guests – and not with Sakura GmbH as a club.
The female guests are therefore personally the providers of the service expected from the male guests in our club.
They act in their own name and for their own account.
The entrance fee does not include any services of the freelance sex service providers and masseurs.

This applies regardless of

• whether the male and female guests come into contact in our rooms,
• that the female guests could all offer their prices at a similar level, although Sakura GmbH as a club has no influence on this,
• that Sakura GmbH as a club to comply with the legal regulations – which we ask you to observe – provides condoms,
• that the female guests of Sakura GmbH as a wellness club are asked to exercise restraint in addressing male guests in accordance with their wellness needs,
• that Sakura GmbH as a club is concerned about cleanliness and safety,
• that the female guests do not have any rooms that are exclusively for their use and that they can get the keys for the rooms free of charge from the reception,
• that Sakura GmbH as a club sets a dress code for male and female guests,
• that the guests can express themselves comprehensively at the reception about the satisfaction with their stay in the club,
• that Sakura GmbH as a club has the domiciliary rights.
